YouTube Faced Technical Issues
It's not your signal,it's a general problem
YouTube seems to be having problems loading videos right now and the Team confirmed it in their recent tweet that they seem to be facing a technical issue.
The issue seems to have affected a lot of people and YouTube services including thier TV shows,YouTube TV and some other services like Google play movies and TV,they all can't load at this time.
The site was working perfectly but at 2am (WAT) we began to face some issues with the videos loading,some videos took a minute to load while some kept showing this error message.
There has been massive complains from different users on Social Media about the inability to watch thier favorite shows,but the YouTube Team is working on it and they assured that it'll be fixed soon.
Update: The issue has been fixed you can now stream your videos on YouTube.
