After you have installed the app, you have to set it as your default launcher then tap on the "Hi Theme" icon that is present in your apps list, then after you have opened the app search for "Black Totem" theme and click on download.
Tap on the Hi Theme Icon.
Search for Black Totem Theme and download it.
After the file has downloaded you can click on apply, then go back to your home screen and observe how your phone now looks different.
